If you would
like to join the South Side Imperial Dance Club, or just want to
check it out, please visit any of our Friday or Saturday evening
dances. Please tell us at the door that this is your first
visit; we will have a Board member answer any questions you may
have.
Membership dues are $20 for initial membership, and $15 for the
annual renewal fee. We have members of all ages, including
junior dancers, age 12 and up. To join, simply tell us at
the door. We will have you complete a postcard sized
application and pay the membership fee. It's
that simple!
At the South Side Imperial Dance Club, you can learn how to swing
dance free of charge at the Friday evening dances.
Admission to the dances is $6.00.
Your membership entitles you to receive our quarterly newsletter,
filled with information on local and out-of-town events, and
helpful dance tips. Your membership also entitles you to a
reduced admission fee to club dances and dances sponsored by the
other six swing dance clubs in the St. Louis metro area.
In addition to our dances, the club also
sponsors an annual picnic and a cruise to the Caribbean.
